Sinopsis:

In Soo (Bae Yong Joon) rushes to be by his wife's side after receiving news that she was in a serious accident. Upon arriving at the remote hospital, he discovers that his wife wasn't alone, she was with another man, and that they were having an affair. He meets the man's wife, Seo Young (Son Ye Jin), and the two tried to cope with the betrayal and the tragedy that occurred, both not knowing why or how or when as their spouses lay deep in coma.

As they tried to cope together, feelings of love and passion bloom between them, and the two struggle not to embark on the same road that their spouses did. But as their dependence on each other grows, they embarked on a relationship, and thus begins a turmoil of mixed feelings and confusion, questions of what is right or wrong and consequences of their actions.
